  • Maria Luster

    Owner & CEO

    Maria is the founder and CEO of A&G Professional Services. She grew up as a second-generation migrant worker in the produce fields of northern California from an early age. Maria later enlisted in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician, deploying several times around the globe earning numerous awards for meritorious military service. After serving her country she earned a Masterโ€™s Degree in Organizational Leadership, followed by an MBA in Supply Chain Management from National University. Maria has experience in all aspects of government contracting including program and contract management, proposal writing, and procurement.

  • Gerry Luster

    COO

    Gerry is retired United States Navy. He enlisted as a Naval Aircrewman and Aviation Rescue Swimmer and served in different leadership roles during his career. Gerry served as an Unmanned Aircraft System Instructor, Subject Matter Expert, and High-Risk training instructor qualified Master Training Specialist. He deployed multiple times, including a combat tour in Iraq. He brings years of naval leadership experience, program management, training development, and operations management to the A&G team. Gerry also earned an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from National University. He is devoted to supporting the CEO, her vision, the mission, and the A&G team.
