Maria Luster is the Founder and CEO of A&G Professional Services, bringing a strong background in military service, leadership, education, and government contracting. Raised as a second-generation migrant worker in Northern California, Maria developed a strong work ethic and commitment to perseverance from an early age. She later served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician, completing multiple global deployments and earning recognition for meritorious service. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from National University. Her expertise includes program and contract management, procurement, proposal development, and business operations. Under her leadership, A&G Professional Services is built on integrity, reliability, accountability, and exceptional customer service—delivering dependable solutions to government and commercial clients.

Gerry Luster is a retired United States Navy veteran who brings extensive experience in leadership, operations, training, and program management to A&G Professional Services. Gerry began his Navy career as a Naval Aircrewman and Aviation Rescue Swimmer, serving in numerous leadership roles throughout his military career. His service developed a strong foundation in team leadership, operational planning, training, and mission execution. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from National University. At A&G, Gerry supports the CEO in advancing the company’s vision, strengthening operations, and ensuring the team delivers reliable, professional, and high-quality service. His commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and mission-focused leadership continues to support A&G’s growth and success.

John Compton is a Master Installer with more than 20 years of experience in commercial furniture installation, relocation, commissioning, and decommissioning projects. John is highly skilled in modular systems furniture and well-versed in products from major manufacturers, including Steelcase, Knoll, Herman Miller, Humanscale, National, and others. His extensive field experience includes complex furniture installations, reconfigurations, disassembly, relocation, and facility decommissioning. Throughout his career, John has supported large-scale projects involving the relocation of more than 200 personnel and facilities exceeding 50,000 square feet. His technical expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership make him a key member of the A&G Professional Services team and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Julio Andrade is a Master Furniture Installer with 15+ years of experience in commercial furniture installation, construction, and large-scale office moves. He has extensive knowledge of major manufacturers, including Steelcase, Herman Miller, Knoll, and CalPIA. Julio leads A&G’s traveling installation team throughout California, overseeing quality control and ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to customer expectations. He is skilled in reading AutoCAD drawings, managing crews, coordinating with end users, and developing efficient space reconfigurations that minimize disruption and maximize functionality.

Monico Gaona Ramirez is a Master Epoxy Installer with more than 10 years of experience delivering high-quality flooring solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential environments. His expertise includes metallic epoxy, full flake systems, concrete aggregate finishes, and resin rock installations. Monico is experienced with a variety of epoxy manufacturers and coating systems, allowing him to select and apply the appropriate products and installation methods for each project. With extensive hands-on experience in surface preparation, coating application, decorative finishes, and project execution, Monico brings craftsmanship, attention to detail, and technical expertise to every installation. His commitment to quality and durable results makes him a valuable member of the A&G Professional Services team.
